| Jobo files for insolvency The lab equipment and accessories specialist based in Gummersbach, Germany, Jobo AG, has filed for insolvency at the Cologne District Court, as has Jobo Labortechnik GmbH & Co. KG . Hans-Gerd Jauch, attorney-at-law, Cologne, was appointed preliminary administrator of the companies.

| Founded 1923, the family owned company made a name for itself with its legendary drum processing equipment. In recent years, Jobo adjusted to the technological change with the distribution of digital accessories, including a comprehensive range of digital picture frames. The company also developed the silver-halide based Lumejet digital minilab, which did not achieve the expected results. |
